What’s the difference between the weekly and monthly rate?
The weekly rate (AED 4,500) covers 7 days at 10 hours per day. The monthly rate (AED 7,500–11,000) covers 26 working days and suits ongoing staff or shuttle contracts.
Is fuel included in the price?
Yes, fuel is included in every hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rate — there’s nothing extra to pay at the pump.
Can I rent the van without a driver?
No — UAE commercial vehicle regulations require a licensed driver with every rental of this size, so self-drive isn’t available.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Inside 24 hours, a portion of the booking may be retained to cover driver scheduling.
Can the van pick up from a hotel or villa directly?
Yes — we can pick up and drop off from any hotel, villa, or office address across Dubai and the wider UAE.
What if my trip runs longer than planned?
Extra hours beyond the agreed booking are billed at the same hourly rate of AED 80, payable directly to the driver.

Child seats can be arranged on request — please mention this when booking so we can prepare the van in advance.

Yes, one-way trips between cities such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi are available; pricing depends on distance and is confirmed before booking.
