Return & Cancellation Policy – Super Swat Bus Rental Abu Dhabi

At Super Swat Bus Rental Abu Dhabi, we aim to provide exceptional service while ensuring transparent and fair policies for cancellations, modifications, and vehicle returns. Below are the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and bus usage:


1. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change, so our cancellation policy is designed to offer as much flexibility as possible.

  • Free Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations can be processed through our online portal, by phone, or via email, and will be confirmed upon receipt.
  • Late Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled rental will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will incur 100% of the confirmed price.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notice, it will be considered a No-Show and 100% of the rental fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
    • Vehicles will be held for 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time before the booking is canceled.

2. Booking Modifications:

  • Modifications Prior to 24 Hours:
    • Booking changes (e.g., extending the rental period, changing the vehicle type, or adjusting pick-up/drop-off times) can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start time, subject to vehicle availability.
    • Any price differences for upgrades or downgrades will apply.
  • Modifications Within 24 Hours:
    • Requests made less than 24 hours before the rental start time will depend on availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the rental start time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund:
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours, for no-shows, or if the rental period has already commenced.
  • Early Vehicle Returns:
    • If the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused rental days.

4. Vehicle Return Policy:

  • Late Returns:
    • Vehicles returned later than the agreed time will incur the following fees:
      • AED 100/hour for the first 4 hours of delay.
      • If the vehicle is returned more than 4 hours late, a full day’s rental rate will be charged.
      • Failure to return the vehicle within 24 hours without prior notice may result in legal action, and the vehicle may be reported as stolen.
  • Vehicle Condition:
    • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was when picked up, including a full fuel tank unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
    • Additional charges will apply for:
      • Excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
      • Fuel shortage (refueling fees will be added).
      • Excessive cleaning required for spills, stains, or strong odors.
  • Damage Inspection:
    • Upon returning the vehicle, a thorough inspection will be conducted. To avoid disputes, we recommend that you document the vehicle’s condition at both pick-up and drop-off.

5. Deposit and Security Hold:

  • Deposit:
    • A refundable security deposit, ranging from AED 500 to AED 3,000 depending on the vehicle type, will be held at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned within 7-14 business days if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
  • Deductions:
    • Deductions from the deposit may occur if:
      • The vehicle sustains damage during the rental.
      • There are traffic violations or fines during the rental period.
      • The vehicle is not returned in accordance with fuel and cleanliness policies.

6. Traffic Violations and Tolls:

  • Traffic Violations:
    • Customers are responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period, such as speeding tickets or parking fines.
  • Toll Fees:
    • Toll fees (e.g., Salik) will be charged to the customer after the rental ends.

7. Force Majeure:

In cases where unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) prevent the completion of the rental, we will work with you to reschedule the booking or offer a full refund.


8. Bus Passenger Rules:

We ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all passengers. Please adhere to the following bus rules:

  1. No food or drinks are allowed onboard.
  2. Music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable volume.
  3. Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and children must be seated under adult supervision.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
  5. Luggage must be stored safely in designated areas.
  6. Toilet usage is allowed, but please notify the driver beforehand.
